Job Description

1. Develop, coach, and train team members to achieve the highest quality objectives.

2. Ensure all procedures and processes defined by the Quality Management System (QMS) are properly

implemented and maintained.

3. Proactively implement measures and controls in key areas to address and prevent critical quality

events.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes, ensuring the delivery of

the highest quality products to customers.

5. Lead and coordinate internal and supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with corporate and

industry standards.

6. Conduct defect analysis through data collection and categorization, driving long-term elimination of

recurring defect types.

7. Develop and implement processes and procedures for identified high-risk items, classifying open

issues according to risk level.

8. Monitor and analyze quality data from each automation station, establish performance targets, and

drive yield improvement and process capability enhancement.

9. Maintain superior quality performance levels for key big customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

3. Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, PDCA, DOE).

4. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality systems.

5. Proficient in data analysis and quality management software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel).

6. Good at English communication, and team development skills.
