QMS Specialist

ISO COMPLIANCE:

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards within the Production Department.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and participate in production-related audits when required.

SOP Development & Implementation:

• Develop, update, and standardize SOPs for production processes such as fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, and packaging.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and line leaders to ensure SOPs are practical and applied effectively.

Training & Process Compliance:

• Train production staff on SOPs, ISO requirements, and process control methods.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with procedures; recommend improvements when needed.

Continuous Improvement Support:

• Identify inefficiencies or quality risks within production and propose process improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives in collaboration with other functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- Fair English or Korean

- 3–4 years of experience working with SOPs in a manufacturing environment (preferably in electrical or industrial equipment production).

- Customer-focused, good communication and coordination skills.

- Bonus: 13th monthly salary + 14th month salary if company has profit + performance incentives
