Job Description

  • Market Research and Analysis: Explore market trends and customer needs in the tourism sector. Analyze competitors and identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Build target customer lists such as travel companies, hotels, resorts, travel agents, etc. Contact and meet potential customers to introduce and present software products.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct software demos for clients, explaining product features and benefits. Create sales materials like brochures, presentations, demo videos, etc., to support sales efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers. Monitor customer needs and feedback to improve services and products.
  • Negotiation and Contract Signing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and sales policies with customers. Prepare and process paperwork related to contract signing.
  • Post-Sales Support: Assist customers during software implementation and usage. Address queries and resolve any issues.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the product development team to update and upgrade products according to customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop appropriate marketing strategies.
  • Business Reporting and Analysis: Create periodic reports on sales, sales progress, and result analysis. Propose measures to improve business strategies based on obtained results.
  • Training and Skills Development: Participate in training courses on products and sales skills. Continuously update knowledge about the market and new technologies in the tourism sector.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the tourism, hospitality, and travel industry
  • Passion for technological products
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business executive position, preferably with experience in project or software sales
  • Networking connections with business, tourism associations, and large corporations
  • Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about business
  • Proficient in sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving targets
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Preference given to candidates born between 1980 and 1990.
