JOB OVERVIEW

• We are looking for a Project Manager to participate in the project of consulting and developing a sales chain management system; an accounting system for a manufacturing company; production management system for watch manufacturing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Customers to define technical and business requirements.

• Coordinating with the sales department, participating in the consulting phase to come up with a design solution to propose to the customer.

• Create and provide proposal, estimation.

• Implement strategic consulting and project implementation, manage and direct the project successfully.

• Complete the tasks of the PM in the project.

• Financial management / financial health of the project.

• Implement standard processes of FSO on project management

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager (PM) or Business Analysis for End-user from 5 years or more

• Be fluent in Japanese (N1 or equivalent N1)

• Good documentation and presentation skills

• Have a good understanding of the software development stages in the project with End-users customers.

• 5 years of experience in software development projects.

Nice to have:

• Having PMP/PMI-ACP certificate is an advantage.

• Professional in accounting and e-commerce or warehouse/Logistics/production management

• Experience in project management of from 50 to 100 people or more with scope RD, AMS
