JOB OVERVIEW

• Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess advanced English communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

• Facilitate communication between developers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to management and clients.

• Manage changes to project scope and objectives.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients and stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
