Job Description

1. Monitoring and Failure Response

Real-time monitoring of LG Group's overseas networks (lines/equipment) and implementation of alarm-based actions. Basic equipment operation and security inspections. Configuration analysis is required based on the network diagram of each business site.



2. Major Failure Response Scenarios

Site-wide downtime: Check for power outages → Troubleshoot lines/equipment.

Global line failure/quality issues: Create an ISP ticket and share the cause of the failure.

Restart equipment after downtime: HA and status check.

Equipment unrecoverable: Proceed with RMA replacement with RIC and maintenance company.

Local line issues: Contact the relevant personnel and share information.

Line traffic detour: Adjust routing using the delay command and shut down ports if necessary.

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.

No experience is required

The team needs 24x365 operation.

Establishment of strategy and team composition for 24x365 operation.

Daily weekday reports and Teams reports.

Team leading experience

Able to communicate in Korean
