Project Manager (Khối Global)

• Build and manage project plans that align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Break down high-level objectives into detailed tasks and timelines using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods.
• Coordinate daily work among cross-functional teams including developers, QAs, UI/UX designers, and business analysts.
• Track project progress, anticipate risks, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all changes go through proper review processes.
• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, conducting milestone and quality reviews.
• Identify and resolve blockers or performance issues quickly during execution.
• Provide transparent project reports, highlight challenges, and suggest actionable solutions.
• Continuously improve project workflows and contribute to internal PM standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (strong experience may substitute for degree).
• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in English, especially for client meetings and international collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in software development or a technical field.
• Experience working in IT outsourcing or with international clients.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
