RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Work directly with Japanese clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates.

• Lead development teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress and quality.

• Handle risks and resolve issues during project execution.

• Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, capable of communicating and reporting in Japanese.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, Scrum Master certification or experience working with Japanese clients is a plus.
