Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Project Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Track day-to-day tasks across all workstreams (Functional, Technical, Testing, Infra/Env, Migration, Rollout).
  • Follow up with SI teams, internal delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Maintain the daily action tracker and ensure closure of pending items.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the local coordination point between:
    • Program Manager
    • Workstream Leads
    • Client counterparts
    • SI and vendor teams
  • Support scheduling of meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions.
  • Prepare and circulate MoMs (Minutes of Meeting) to ensure clarity and accountability.

3. Project Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain updated project plans, task lists, and progress dashboards in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure owners provide timely updates.
  • Track Jira updates (or relevant PM tools) with SI leads and ensure quality of entries.

4. Documentation & Governance Support

  • Maintain project documents: plans, trackers, MoMs, status reports, deliverables, templates.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly/bi-weekly status reports and governance decks.
  • Ensure all project documents follow internal governance and client standards.

5. Coordination with Client Teams

  • Support client-side planning, readiness activities, data requirements, and testing preparation.
  • Follow up with client business and technical teams for required inputs, sign-offs, environment needs, and dependencies.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client coordinators and SMEs.

6. Support to Program & Project Manager

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and escalation notes for Program Manager.
  • Assist in managing deadlines, resource allocations, and meeting schedules.
  • Highlight delays, blockers, or risks early with suggested mitigation steps.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in IT or banking transformation.
  • Experience in Temenos or core banking projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with agile or waterfall methodology is preferred.
  • Understanding of Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or PM tools is essential.

Skills

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability.
  • Good stakeholder handling and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
