Product Training Specialist

In charge of Product Training for REF&FRZ products including:

• Create and distribute comprehensive product training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, etc.)
• Develop and deliver product training programs for Field force team, floor salesmen and internal sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Execute Product Training session to both internal & external parties.

All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Product, REF&FRZ

1. Education background:
   
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related majors
2. Working experience:
   
    At least 1 year of working experience Product Training/ Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or related positions
   
    Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred
3. Skills:
   
    Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
   
    Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills
   
    Strong data analysis
   
    Project management
   
    Passions with products.
