Job Description
A. MAIN DUTIES:
1. Re-checking all costs for all projects to get the cheapest price and achieve KPI.
2. Making Purchase Orders for all projects / internal purchsing relating to IT devices, license.
3. Control and manage delivery schedules from all vendors.
4. Follow and receive all goods from vendors.
5. Receive, check and keep all documents from vendors.
6. Support Engineers with vendors (warranty issue, equipments’ trouble, vendors’ support)
7. Support Accountant to check customer's information, approved quotations to issue invoice
8. Delivery processing and management (including making Delivery Note, delivery way to customer sites)
9. Customs formality for EPE companies (making documents, cooperate with customers side, confirming processing with the Customs Department until the formality finish)
10. Customs formality for importing goods from over-sea to KDDI for projects ((making documents, confirming processing with the Customs Department until the formality finish)
11. Support to check information from vendors and support customer to apply service (such as Domain, License etc..)
12. Record and update monthly data to customers (rental cases, actual volum charge for MFP, extra fee..) to confirm and transfer all information for Accountant to inssue Invoice.
13. Revised approved Quotations to Sale slips when having request from Sales side.
14. Update status of approve projects on Order system.
15. Double checking, manage input costs to issue output invoice every month for all projects.
16. Looking for new vendors to support sales and engineers.
B. SUB – DUTIES (CO-OPERATIVE DUTIES):
1. Cooperate with Makers for related matters: rebate, partner registration, certifications progarm etc.. upon assignment from Manager
2. Arrange and saving all procurement documents timely.
3. Arrange the goods in warehouse upon assignment from Manager.
Requirements
- College or University degree
- Ability to communicate in English
- At least 1 year working experience
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer skill (words, excel)
