What You'll Do

• Communicate professionally with suppliers to negotiate pricing and confirm orders.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term collaboration.
• Work closely with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth shipments.
• Analyze supplier offers based on demand, profitability, and competitiveness to identify high-potential products.
• Compare pricing and availability across multiple suppliers to optimize cost.
• Place and manage purchase orders to ensure healthy stock flow.
• Maintain accurate records to support tracking and operations.
• Resolve inbound discrepancies with suppliers and Amazon when necessary.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal English skills - clear, professional communicator.
• Proficient using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Detail-oriented – accuracy is key when handling product data, pricing, and inventory data.
• Reliable, proactive, and can take initiative to troubleshoot issues, follow up, and escalate when necessary.
• Team player who communicates clearly and keeps things moving without needing close supervision.
• Have an analytical mindset and be able to assess profitability, demand, and competition to make quick but well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Organised and calm under pressure - able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

Working Hours & Probation

• Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
• Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).
• Culture of Ownership: Team members are expected to stay beyond official hours when needed to ensure outcomes and team success.
• Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit and may end the collaboration if necessary.
