Process Design & Playbook Analyst

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end process design, mapping, and documentation. Ensure SOPs, PJP, escalation flows, and playbooks are codified and adopted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” MT Operating Model processes.
• Document new SOPs (FE, Planning, Command Center, FEM).
• Maintain MTOT Playbook in Notion (Pilot → Roll-out → BAU).
• Support Pods with process mapping & job aids.

Deliverables / OKRs:

• 100% Pilot SOPs mapped & documented by Sep 2025.
• Playbook v2 (Pilot), v3 (Roll-out), v4 (BAU) signed-off on schedule.
• 90% SOP adoption rate achieved during Pilot.
• 100% Pods equipped with documented workflows & escalation flows.
• Regional deployment kits ready by Dec 2025.

• 3–5 years as Business Analyst or Process Designer (preferably FMCG/retail).
• Strong process mapping capability (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Proficiency in Notion/Confluence for playbook mgmt.
• Excellent documentation & analytical skills.
• Experience in sales operations or RTM (Route-to-Market) is a plus.
