Overview
Job Description
- Receive & Update PO export by Excel files and ESIM
- Check stock export (finished products, semi-products, packaging materials, batch size…)
- Follow up new export products (update development and PI progress) before set up plan export products.
- Propose direction for each plan include filling and packing follow the target.
- Check & follow up Packing list & Price confirm for export schedule
- Update actual quantity shipment files export Shipping Advice.
- Arrange detail export shipment schedule and confirm with customers.
- Push QA, QC, PRO issue documents to POR for WH releasing goods
- Update norm for product export.
- Send COA – POR, samples for each export shipment
- Contact directly exporting-customers to receive official orders and forecast.
- Connect relating department to ensure the production plan following the target.
- Update Supply Agreement for export markets.
- Set up new F-code, specification for export
- Prepare Debit Note, Credit Note for export products
- Cooperate Purchasing to re-confirm delivery of relating materials for production export products.
- Training newcomer
- Support to prepare GMP documents: SOP, Change control, Trouble report, Deviation, Corrective Action to Prevent Trouble relating export products (issue and follow up)
- Administration documents
- Support Manager and Partner in the urgent cases
- Connect and work in Company’s activities
Requirements
- Graduated from University, major in Supply Chain, Logistics & International Trade, Business, Management & Economics, Manufacturing, Chemical Science & Techniques, Production planning related
- Fluent in MS Office especially Excel
- Fluent in English skills

Annual Leave:
