Job Description
1. Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Ensure campaign performance meets key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV/CAC ratio, and conversion rate.
- Analyze and propose A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
2. Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor, report, and analyze weekly/monthly performance across cohorts and funnels.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and Looker Studio (or equivalents) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize creatives, copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance.
3. Collaboration & Insights
- Work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless funnel from Ads → Landing → Conversion.
- Contribute actionable insights on market trends, customer behavior, and creative performance to support Growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns (preferably for SaaS products, Shopify apps, or eCommerce tools).
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (Google Ads or TikTok Ads).
- Experienced in event tracking, pixel setup, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and GA4 configuration.
- Strong data analysis and ad performance interpretation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
