Job Description
1. Onboarding and Orientation
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, introducing them to company culture, policies, and job responsibilities.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new team members with HORECA chain operations and service standards.
2. Training Development
- Assess training needs across different roles within the HORECA chain and develop targeted training programs.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content.
3. Continuous Learning
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
4. Performance Improvement
- Work closely with management to identify performance gaps and implement training initiatives to address these gaps.
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams to foster continuous improvement.
5. Evaluation and Assessment
- Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the impact of training on employee performance.
6. Collaboration
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer in the HORECA industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HORECA operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training programs to various learning styles and levels of experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
