Job Description
Operations Manager will manage the operation and development of the Cowboy Zone Cafe chains
1. Planning & Operation
– Ensure the new store expansion meet year plan;
– Develop operations plans to achieve targets;
– Control operations budget and cost, optimize returns on assets, increase sales and improve profits;
– Oversee and ensure operation and service of all stores are delivered and strictly followed at highest standard;
– Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner;
– Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development.
2. People Management
– Manage performance evaluation for employees according to the evaluation schedule;
– Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching;
– Coordinate with Training Team to build training & development plan for Operations team;
– To operate within efficient headcount budgets for each season, tracking appropriate labor cost.
Requirements
– Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain;
– Strong leadership skill to motivate and develop people;
– Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization;
– Experience: 3 years’ experience as Area Manager or higher with knowledge and insight in experience in F&B chain is a plus;
– University degree, majored in business administration/hospitality;
