Position Summary: Temporary 7 Months

The Operation Specialist is responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of the store by financial processes, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate proper financial handling, and an organized store environment, enabling the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Security
   
   Coordinate with the Security Team for daily cash deposits and withdrawals.
   
   Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash inflows and outflows, and prepare periodic sales and cost reports for the Store Manager.
   
   Collaborate with the Experience Team to support complex or high-value transactions.
   
   Issue and manage invoices, tax invoices, and other payment documentation as required.
2. Facility & Safety Management
   
   Schedule and manage regular maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems.
   
   Work with security and cleaning vendors to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.
   
   Address facility-related issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety protocols and inspection requirements.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of finance and administrative processes.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in retail operations or administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Probation duration: 2 months, sign formal contract: Get social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance
