Job Description
As an Online Content Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-oriented content across Con Cung’s ecommerce platforms — including website, blog, and SEO projects with brand partners in the mother and baby category. You will play a key role in driving sustainable user growth by delivering engaging, accurate, and strategically aligned online content that meets both brand and business objectives.
1. Product/SKU Listing & Operations (40%)
- Ensure timely and accurate publishing of product information, promotional combos, and gifting programs on the website and app in alignment with monthly sales campaigns.
- Guarantee completeness, accuracy, and attractiveness of product content to support users in making informed online purchase decisions.
- Coordinate closely with category teams, operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of content-related tasks.
2. Online Content Production (30%)
- Create and publish SEO-optimized, editorial-quality content for online channels as required by project goals and brand initiatives.
- Develop informative and trustworthy articles related to parenting, nutrition, care, and shopping for moms and babies — in compliance with Con Cung’s content guidelines and editorial standards.
- Manage content production workflow, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
3. Project Management & Execution (20%)
- Lead the execution of content-related projects and ensure they are delivered smoothly and aligned with pre-defined KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to proactively address project challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor and coordinate supporting team members to help achieve project objectives.
4. Product Development & Data Analytics (10%)
- Research and evaluate current features, UX/UI, and technical limitations of Con Cung’s website and app to propose enhancements that improve user experience and conversion.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion, bounce rate) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and content dashboards.
- Develop insights and reports that inform content strategy, SEO priorities, user engagement tactics, and growth experiments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably for ecommerce or parenting-related industries.
- Solid knowledge of content writing, SEO best practices, and online customer journey.
- Experience managing content workflows via CMS or ecommerce platforms.
- Proven ability in project development and execution, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush), or ecommerce CMS is a plus.
