Job Description

The E-Commerce Planner plays a key role in driving online sales performance through effective campaign planning and execution across Con Cưng’s digital platforms (App/Web) and partner e-commerce channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely launch, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns aligned with business objectives.

1. Online Sales Planning by Category

  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasts and revenue targets.
  • Propose category/product priorities based on seasonality, market trends, and customer behavior insights.
  • Plan and execute product-push campaigns (e.g., Hot Deals, Bundles, Flash Sales, etc.).



2. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Utilize tools such as BI dashboards, Google Analytics, and app tracking to monitor key KPIs (e.g., GMV, Conversion Rate, View-to-Buy Ratio, CIR).
  • Generate insights to improve sales performance, such as increasing basket size, reducing abandoned carts, and improving add-to-cart rates.



3. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Act as the key coordinator for online campaigns across departments including Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time, including deal mechanics, creative ideas, landing pages, vouchers, etc.
  • Monitor real-time performance and coordinate issue resolution (e.g., traffic drops, GMV underperformance, voucher errors).



4. Product Display & Conversion Optimization

  • Work with UI/UX teams to optimize product placement across the homepage, category pages, and campaign landing pages.
  • Analyze product performance by display position (CTR, CVR, GMV) and recommend improvements in layout or content presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Commercial Planning, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of online customer behavior and campaign mechanics.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and basic KPI tracking (GMV, CTR, CIR).
  • Data-driven mindset; knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and/or own-brand platforms (App/Web).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
