Job Description
1. Legal Advice and Compliance:
- Advise the Board of Directors and departments on current legal regulations related to the company's operations.
- Implement, monitor, and manage licenses and legal documents related to the company's activities.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate the impact of new legal regulations on the company's operations, especially in the field of fire prevention, environmental protection, and construction.
2. Check Compliance:
- Participate in or lead preparations for inspections and examinations by regulatory agencies..
- Periodically review the company's compliance status, prepare legal risk reports and propose remedial measures.
- Support departments in conducting internal self-assessments of legal compliance.
3. Drafting and reviewing contracts:
- Drafting, reviewing and editing all types of contracts: labor contracts, commercial contracts, investment contracts, service contracts, etc.
- Review contract terms to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
- Working with partners, customers to negotiate contract terms.
4. Resolving legal disputes:
- Representing the company in working with state agencies, courts, and arbitration when disputes arise.
- Supporting the handling of complaints, litigation, or contract disputes.
5. Handling internal legal issues:
- Draft internal regulations and policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Supporting the HR department in resolving labor disputes.
- Drafting documents and organizing internal training on relevant legal regulations.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
Graduated from University majoring in Environment, Law, Labor hygiene safety, or related fields.
Have experience in the same position at least 01 year.
Understanding of the Vietnamese Legal system, especially related laws: Fire prevention and Fighting law, Environmental protection law, Construction law and Guiding decrees and Circulars.
Skills: Legal research, Risk analysis, File management, Communication with authorities.
A good command of English is required.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Careful, responsible, proactive, able to work in a team and independently.
