Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Phòng Sản Xuất

• Develop and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and available capacity.
• Coordinate closely with relevant teams (sales, sourcing, procurement, production) to ensure materials, manpower, and machines are available as planned.
• Monitor the progress of production orders, identify delays or bottlenecks, and work with teams to adjust plans as needed.
• Analyze production data (output, lead time, downtime) to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Participate in daily/weekly production meetings and provide accurate status updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Fair English or Korean
• 3 years of experience in production planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
