Job Description

  • Ensure to provide a friendly & exciting service to the customer.
  • Introduce & answer all questions of guests about the menu, all promotions, and events.
  • Support the guest to take orders in a friendly & professional manner.
  • Can handle working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with preparing reports, records, and other information.
  • Check food and beverage quality with guests to ensure guest satisfaction, carefully listen, and fix problems promptly.
  • Prepare working area, working tools, or OS&E, and keep all areas always clean, and neat.
  • Support hotline to receive bookings by phone, or guide guests to the table.
  • Make a payment directly to customers. Check cash payments directly in front of guests, collect a guest’s VAT information, feedback, or next booking.

Requirements

  • Salary + Service Charge + Tips
  • 12 annual leaves per year
