Job Description

  • Lead Pack & Price Strategy: Develop differentiated strategies by channel and customer using EPOS and shopper data.
  • Design Winning Promotions: Create and deploy impactful promotion plans aligned with brand and category objectives.
  • Optimize Trade Investment: Maximize ROI within trade budgets and deliver win-win solutions for Unilever and our partners.
  • Monitor Price Index: Track key metrics (API, CPI, SPI) and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines.
  • Drive Mix Optimization: Balance channel, segment, and pack size mix to strengthen competitiveness and margins.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Development,
  • Supply Chain and Finance to execute strategies seamlessly.
  • Turn Data into Action: Use Nielsen, EPOS, and other sources to forecast market share and guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
