- Minimum 2 years of software development experience in one of the following areas:

• Mobile App (Android/iOS/Cross-platform) or

• Backend (.NET, Golang)

Technical Skills (based on the field applied for):

1. Mobile App Development:

- Android: proficient in Java and Kotlin

- iOS: experience is an advantage

- Cross-platform: proficient in Flutter

- Knowledge of app lifecycle, memory management, performance, basic UI/UX, networking (RESTful APIs, JSON), Push Notifications, Background Services, Local Storage (SQLite, SharedPreferences, CoreData), Map/Location (Google Maps SDK, Location Services)

- App security: data encryption, API key protection, protection against reverse engineering

2. Backend / Web Development

- Be familiar with Golang, .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core

- Database management: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, stored procedures, functions

- Front-end: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript; responsive UI knowledge

- Understanding of server-side systems, microservices, websocket
