Job Description

  • Design, build, and deliver new product features with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Work across the full Software Delivery Life Cycle in an agile environment.
  • Own the delivery of User Stories, Bug Fixes, and technical research spikes, from development to production.
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to ensure robust testing and high-quality releases.
  • Write unit tests and adopt a test-first mindset to maintain code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and improve engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and stay updated on new trends in .NET, cloud, and AI technologies

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, with proven commercial development experience.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.

    Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ideally with frameworks such as Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and ticket management.
  • Proficiency with Git and team-based collaborative workflows.
  • Knowledge of software design principles (scalability, security, maintainability).
  • Experience in delivering SaaS solutions from design to deployment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with contact center solutions or customer engagement platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-powered applications or cloud-native/serverless architectures.
