Middle Business Analyst (English)

Receive the high level functional requirements from Product Managers or customers.

Seek for technical/functional design and estimate the solution

Provide detailed specifications with mockup, workflow as well as detailed rules for user stories

Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories

Ensure engineering team delivered features fulfill business values for end customers

Train and guide users to use new features and processes

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.

· Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst for a technology company.

· Financial services domain experience will be an advantage

· A professional with a good work ethic who can work to tight deadlines, manage time appropriately and requires minimal supervision

· Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to grow into leadership positions

· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

· Good interpersonal skills

Onsite in Hanoi office if needed.
