About the Role

We’re seeking a Meta Ads Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about scaling e-commerce brands through creativity, analytics, and continuous testing. You’ll research winning products, analyze top-performing ads, and execute growth strategies that maximize ROAS and LTV across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.

This is a performance-driven role where your success directly translates into revenue growth — and you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for DTC products across multiple markets.
  • Research consumer behavior, winning products, and creative trends to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ads.
  • Continuously test and iterate ad angles, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign data (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and report actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and emerging ad trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or Google).
  • Proven record of scaling profitable ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data and spot growth opportunities.
  • Good English reading/writing skills for market research and ad analysis.
  • E-commerce or agency experience preferred.
  • Creative, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
