Merchandiser Cum Product Manager

Merchandiser cum Product Manager is responsible for managing the product assortment and driving commercial performance. This role oversees product buying, stock allocation, sales performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to maximize sell-through and ensure product availability across stores.

1. Product Management, Buying & Commercial Performance

• OTB and pre-order planning based on sales demand and trend, including carry over and newness
• Purchase monthly based on stock needing
• Consolidate inventory across all stores/channels; propose stock rotation and slow-moving actions.
• Work with brand principals for purchase orders, product claims, warranty & after-sales matters.
• Allocate products to different channels/stores based on sales strategy, inventory level, store performance.
• Monitor defective items, propose solutions and handle product return/repair processes.
• Develop and execute promotion plans to drive sales performance across channels.
• Provide product knowledge training and regular updates to retail store teams.

2. Reporting & Business Insights

• Generate monthly/seasonal reports: sales, stock, sell-through, margin contribution, promotions…
• Propose improvement ideas for assortment structure, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product, Buying, Merchandising within retail (fashion, accessories, lifestyle) or franchise brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Good communication skills; capable of collaborating cross-functionally and working with overseas partners.
• Proficient in Excel
• Good English skills required.

Report to: Managing Director

Range Salary: Negotiation

Commission: monthly (to be discussed)

Avenue: Dist.1 (Phường Tân Định)

Hours working: Mon - Fri ( 09:00 am - 18:00 pm)

Have 15 Annual leave and 6 sick leave days + Internal benefit + 13th salary
