Marketing Support

Marketing & Social Media Support:

Manage and update customer accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Yelp, etc.

Assist in updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor knowledge is a plus).

Design marketing materials (Posters, Brochures, Ads) using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Customer Support & Industry Consultation:

Assist U.S. nail salon owners with their marketing and branding needs.

Provide insights on customer behavior and industry trends.

Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Billing & Reporting:

Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding fees.

Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Industry Experience (Preferred):

Prior experience working with U.S. nail salons or knowledge of the nail industry.

Marketing & Digital Skills:

Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

Experience with WordPress website management (Elementor is a plus).

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

General Requirements:

College or University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a night shift schedule.

English communication skills are an advantage.
