Job Description
- Mailer Promotion and Activities:
- Communicating with other department to gather all promotion information
- Managing the production leaflets, posters, flyers
- Attend and organizing photo shoots for product
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting company event or team activities
- Follow up payment with accounting department and agency
- Follow up contract with accounting department and agency
- Cooperate with other department to make sure the promotion successful
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for mailer information
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
2. Platform
- Contributing to, and developing, long term Platform plan
- Event organization
- Arranging Platform activities
- Cooperate with other brand to create more activities at Aeon Platform
- Preparing communication materials
- Searching for other cooperation opportunities for Platform coôperation
3. General
- Build and develop good relationship, and collaborate with other department/division.
- Supervise Marketing officer in mailer execution and other jobs assigned.
- Work/communicate & follow with Store operation/agency to get job done as schedule.
- Manage all expenses within approved budget.
Requirements
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in retail industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and excellent relationship management
