Job Description

− Build Customers Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key Project dealers through regular check-ins and support.

− Have good relationship with many project customers such as: Contractor, HVAC is an advantage

− Explore and search for potential customers/distributors in the project field.

− Prepare, analyze, present and introduce products file, frequently update comparison products and price between TCL and competitors, market situation.

− Promote TCL LCAC and gather product feedback from market and customer, help TCL plan the CAC product line.

− Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Manager.

− Grasp the sales situation, customer needs, market needs in LCAC under your management.

− Knowledgeable in the field of design, construction of central air conditioning systems and distribution of LCAC air conditioning solutions, suitable to customer needs.

− Negotiate contracts to ensure benefits for both customers and the company.

− Collaborate with engineering, design and construction departments to develop optimal solutions for each project.

− Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure service quality.

− Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates.

− Motivation and learning ability: The candidate’s willingness to learn and grow, adapt and to be flexible in new environment as well as their drive to improve.

− To be able to go on business trip.

− Good data management and analysis skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

− Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or relevant major

− Experience in Air Conditioner (B2B) industry is an advantage

− Able to communicate in English

− Good level of excel & PowerPoint skills
