Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is responsible for the training and development projects for nearly 600 office employees of Con Cung.
Training & Development:
- Identify and assess current and future capability needs; design both overall and individualized development plans that address employee growth, organizational expectations, and customer experience.
- Proactively research and implement the latest L&D trends to ensure modern and engaging training programs.
- Source and leverage learning resources effectively to support continuous development across the organization.
- Partner with external partners to design diverse, practical, and highly applicable programs.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through measurable outcomes, driving continuous improvement. - Develop and manage the company’s L&D policy, annual training plan, roadmap, and budget.
Talent Review & Succession Planning:
- Design and implement Talent Review frameworks (to identify key roles and successors).
- Lead the succession planning process in alignment with career development paths and organizational needs.
- Propose and facilitate tailored development programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
Other HR & Organisational Development needs: Take ownership of HR and OD initiatives as assigned by the HR Director, contributing to long-term people and culture strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Training & HR Development within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying impactful training programs.
Innovative, creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Strong understanding of L&D trends, best practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in writing, reporting, and developing frameworks.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for people development and continuous learning.
- Fluent in English
