Job Description

1.Setup standard capacity of production line

2.Setup standard production resource(4M1E) of production line & data maintenance.

3.Improve FPY

4. Analysis and improvement of customer complaints.

5. Training of production line personnel and elimination of abnormal conditions

6. Preparation of MOI & SOP

7. Writing of analysis reports

8. Good communication skills, able to participate in internal and external meetings

Requirements

1. More than 1 year working experience in SMT process

2. Can cooperate with three shifts and holidays.

3. Strong execution, obedience and high discipline, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.

4. English level equal to TOEIC 500+

5. Preference will be given to female candidates
