Korean Interpreter (More Than 3 Years Of Experience In The Garment Industry)

- A company that provides MES solutions to sewing companies.

- When providing our company's system to a customer's (sewing company) factory, the role is to provide various solutions and guide usage.

Nhiệm vụ chính

1. System Implementation and Support
   • Provide SCM, MES, and ERP systems to apparel manufacturing clients.
   • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the systems and deliver user training and setup support to clients.
2. Customer Communication and Improvement Support
   • Collect and analyze client feedback and system improvement requests.
   • Communicate and coordinate with headquarters in Korea regarding system updates or issue resolutions.
   • Propose process improvement solutions to enhance client operational efficiency.
3. On-site Support and Business Trips
   • Conduct on-site visits when required to assist with system implementation and operation.
   • Perform data analysis and reporting on sewing process operations.

1. Experience
   • Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
   • Background in Production Planning, IE (Industrial Engineering), or Production Management.
   • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows from inbound to outbound processes.
   • Ability to analyze data sheets and understand various departmental documents used in sewing factories.
2. Language & Computer Skills
   • Proficiency in Korean or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
   • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Other Requirements
   • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
   • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing or operating ERP/MES systems in the apparel industry.
• Experience in data-driven process improvement or project management.
• Prior experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.

- Salary level: 10,000,000 VND - 15,000,000 VND

- Business trips (if necessary)

- Basically working in Hanoi office

- Possible to travel to Vietnam when necessary (accommodation provided, up to 2 weeks at a time)

- Parking fee, 13th month salary, condolence expenses according to internal regulations

- Based on Vietnamese labor law

- Performance bonus payment based on the company's annual profit
