Job Description

Monitor, consolidate, and analyze data on collaboration performance on a regular basis; prepare evaluation reports and propose solutions to optimize content strategies and enhance partnership effectiveness.

Search for, approach, and build strategic partnerships with influential KOLs/KOCs, especially prominent figures within the industry.

Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with KOLs/KOCs while ensuring smooth operations in daily activities.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas, create promotional video scripts, monitor production progress, and ensure the quality of final outputs.

Expand and develop the network of KOLs/KOCs in the Beauty sector through TikTok and other digital media platforms in the Vietnamese market.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related fields.

Able to commit at least 4 days per week for a minimum internship period of 3 months (candidates who can start early and are interested in long-term opportunities are preferred).

Proficient in either English or Chinese

Having a strong foundation and passion for the Beauty/Skincare industry is a significant advantage.

Dynamic, proactive, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Well-versed in social media user behavior, quick to catch trends, and enthusiastic about following viral content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
