Manage a team with at least two members.
In charge of team performance and KPIs, which are assigned by the Manager.
In charge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
In charge of dozens of campaigns in the Mobile industry, split into many sub-industries: manage distributed Affiliate Mobile App campaigns. (Focus banking: MB Techcombank, VpBank BIDV.... Ewallet: Zalo, VNPay, Momo…Ride hailing: Be Grab Xanh SM...)
In charge of strategic planning for a sub-category of Mobile assigned by the Manager.
Help team members create a strategy/solution to improve the performance of the campaign to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly target
We are not only optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc. This job is not only calculating numbers on your desk; we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors' performance.
Help team members negotiate with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers, and for our company
Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign ( including the publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, and marketing team)
Maintaining relationships with clients, aiming to improve the ads campaign’s performance.

Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Good analytical and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
At least 4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (hands-on experience is a big plus) in the Mobile industry
At least 1 year of experience in leading a team
Good marketing mindset; basic awareness of commercials.
Positive attitude, fast learner
High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
High-pressure capability quickly grasps the problem and solves it effectively.
Good English is a special advantage

Total income up to $1500 (+ incentive + bonus)
Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review
13th-month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations
