Job Description
Account Management & Growth
- Maintain, expand, and develop long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth in revenue and service penetration.
New Business Development
Leverage Vietsol’s core strengths in Automotive Engineering Services, Automotive Products, and Edge AI to identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, mobility, and digital transformation sectors.
- Prospect and acquire new strategic customers in the automotive, manufacturing, and technology domains.
- Understand client pain points and design tailored proposals that leverage company capabilities in AI, Edge Computing, and Automation.
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
Financial Management & P&L
- Manage account-level P&L, forecast revenues and margins, and ensure profitability across contracts and engagements.
Project & Delivery Coordination
- Align with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of services.
Market & Product Understanding
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and innovations in automotive and Edge AI, contributing to GTM strategies.
Internal Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, technical teams, and leadership to align on goals, budgets, and execution plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development—preferably within Automotive, Manufacturing, or Technology sectors.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue/growth targets.
- Experience managing complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strong financial acumen—able to manage P&L, forecast budgets, and analyze profitability.
- Strong understanding of the automotive domain including ECU systems, vehicle electronics, AUTOSAR architecture, ASPICE compliance, Functional Safety (FuSa), automotive cybersecurity, and Edge AI applications in automotive components.
- Technical awareness of automotive systems, AI/Edge computing, or embedded solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in both account farming (growth) and account hunting (new acquisition).
- Sales & Relationship Management: Strategic selling, negotiation, key stakeholder engagement, pipeline management
- Technical Understanding: Automotive systems, AI/ML, Edge computing concepts, solution integration
- Analytical & Financial: P&L management, cost analysis, ROI calculation, business planning
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation & communication skills, multitasking, cross-functional collaboration
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, proactive, committed, open to learning, resilient under pressure
- Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
