Junior Data Operations Executive

ROLES SUMMARY

You will own the day-to-day data operations:

- Downloading and organizing reports

- Cleaning and formatting data

- Running basic data quality checks

- Helping with receipt & diary verification for Consumer Portrait

- Supporting Analysts and the Data Engineer so they can move faster and trust the data

This is a great role if you’re careful with details, good with Excel/Sheets, and want to grow into Data Analyst / Panel Ops / PM over time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Collect and organize data from platforms & clients

Download and manage reports from TikTok Shop, Shopee and other client tools (daily/weekly/monthly).

Keep a clean folder and file naming structure so the team always knows where to find the latest data.

2. Clean and format data for loading

Standardize:

- Date/time formats, currency formats

- SKU names and codes according to mapping tables

- Store names, campaign codes, creator names

Remove obvious duplicates or rows that clearly break rules (using agreed criteria).

Prepare CSV/Excel files in the correct template so the Data Engineer can load them with minimal extra work.

3. Run data quality checks (DQ)

Follow DQ checklists on new data:

Row counts vs previous weeks/months

Basic totals (orders, GMV) vs platform numbers

Check for empty critical columns (order_id, SKU, price, qty, etc.)

4. Support reporting & internal operations

Build and update simple Excel/Sheets summaries (e.g., row counts per day, basic KPI checks).

Help Analysts export PDFs/CSVs from dashboards when needed.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for:

where data lives

latest templates

updated mappings (SKU/creator/voucher).

REQUIREMENT

1 year experience in data entry / data operations / admin / reporting or a similar role.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills:

Sorting & filtering

Pivot tables

Basic formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS

Very detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed.

Able to work with large CSV/Excel files (tens/hundreds of thousands of rows).

Good Vietnamese communication; can read basic English for column names, instructions, and tools

NICE TO HAVE

Basic SQL (even simple SELECT / WHERE queries).

Experience with ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) or digital marketing reports.

Used tools like Airtable, Notion, Trello/Jira for tracking tasks.

Interest in growing into Data Analyst, Panel Ops Lead, or Implementation/Project Coordinator.
