Job Description

1. Excellent technical ability, in-depth understanding of the products supported by the team, and can

provide technical consultation to the team.

2. Excellent team leadership skills, able to unite the team, and help team members maximize their

strengths and improve their weaknesses.

3. Have a sense of community and responsibility, be able to align the policy of team, good at

management and communication of employees, and be willing to make additional contributions for

team.

4. Good process and risk management skills can ensure that the performance of the team is stable and

continuously improved.

5. Have the willingness to improve themselves in technical, management and communication skills.

Requirements

1. Provide technical consultation for team members to help team members solve cases quickly.

2. Regularly review the backlog of members to ensure that the backlog of team members is healthy.

3. Make recovery call for risky cases to minimize CPE risks.

4. Real-time monitor of sub team KPIs, take actions in time and regularly sync with TM/OM.

5. Align with team's policy, drive-related actions (throughput, KPIs, etc.)

6. Other daily/Weekly/Monthly work (1:1 talk, coach, attendance, scheduling, monthly review, team

meeting, reporting, etc.)

Benefits

Offered salary from 30,000,000 VND GROSS

30% allowance on gross salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance for

employees working night shift

Salary at 100% during the probationary period

90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance

Full working equipment will be provided

20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave)
