Job Description

As an IT Engineer at our Long Duc office, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

1) Listening to customer requirements and proposing appropriate IT solutions

2) Project Management

3) Selecting appropriate equipment based on the proposed solution

4) Installing and configuring the ordered equipment onsite

(Complex project will be handled or supported by engineers at the head office above)

5) Providing regular maintenance and troubleshooting support.

6) Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues onsite.

7) Server room operation (managing the assets in the server room, etc)



Requirements

- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (PCs, networks, servers, etc.)
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Team-oriented and flexible mindset
- Communication skills in English
- Ensure compliance with the company’s security policies, internal rules, and operational standards.
- Experience in configuring those devices (PC, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Access point)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google workspace, similar cloud services.
- Japanese communication skills

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Employees will rotate on-call duty every Saturday.

In rare emergency cases (e.g., power outage, internet disruption, server room issues...), employees may be contacted during nighttime hours. This is not frequent and typically only occurs when there is a critical issue with the server room.

Holidays: Sunday, and Vietnamese public holidays

Note: Work on weekends may be required depending on project or client needs.

Compensatory leave or overtime pay will be provided accordingly.
