Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments.
  • Identify and develop new clients for the company’s IT outsourcing services.
  • Generate new leads by identifying and connecting with prospective customers.
  • Conduct online or onsite product demos for prospective customers.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients and gather feedback to improve services.
  • Work with support teams to assist with customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to meet client needs.
  • Identify and manage channel partners and referrals to accelerate sales.
  • Engage with existing customers for contract renewals.
  • Regular update of CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a Business Development or Sales position in the IT field
  • Strong understanding of the EU market and business culture.
  • Excellent fluency in English communication with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Self-independence in terms of prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Are willing to learn quickly and flexible in adapting to feedback.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high internal standard of work.
