Job Description
- Primary job objectives:
Lead and develop the International Sales team to expand market share, enhance product value, and maintain strategic partnerships with global customers while exploring new business opportunities.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development
- Build, coach, and supervise the International Sales team to achieve business targets.
- Support team members in negotiations, client handling, and achieving KPIs.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing international customers.
- Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events.
Client & Transaction Management
- Provide tailored product solutions to meet market-specific requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Oversee order execution, delivery, payment collection, and complaint resolution.
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with Production, QC, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare sales reports, market forecasts, and propose business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields (knowledge of agricultural/food products is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B export sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior or Team Leader position.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
