Job Description

  1. Primary job objectives:

Lead and develop the International Sales team to expand market share, enhance product value, and maintain strategic partnerships with global customers while exploring new business opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Development

  • Build, coach, and supervise the International Sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Support team members in negotiations, client handling, and achieving KPIs.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing international customers.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events.

Client & Transaction Management

  • Provide tailored product solutions to meet market-specific requirements.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Oversee order execution, delivery, payment collection, and complaint resolution.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Production, QC, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare sales reports, market forecasts, and propose business strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields (knowledge of agricultural/food products is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B export sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior or Team Leader position.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
