Internal Audit Expert

1. Develop the System of Regulatory Documents

• Propose improvements and adjustments to the regulatory document system.
• Standardize policies and processes related to internal audit activities.
• Provide independent opinions on audit results to the line manager to improve business performance, compliance, and reduce business risks.
• Coordinating with external auditors in external audits to provide information and review external auditors' reports to the relevant areas prior to report release.

2. Manage Internal Audit Activities

• Assess regional risks and provide recommendations for the audit program.
• Coordinate human resources to support required skills, expertise, and capacity.
• Review key audit records and audit quality, recommending corrections and improvements.
• Consolidate and report monthly internal audit activities.
• Prepare consulting letters and status reports to advise/warn about emerging issues and propose solutions.

3. Perform Other Assigned Duties

• University graduate majoring in accounting - auditing, priority given to those with ACCA and CPA degrees.
• Having general knowledge and understanding of the law and operations on finance and accounting, internal audit, internal control.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies and at least 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Proficient in systems (ERP, E.O,..);
• Fluency in English;
• Data reading and data processing skills;
• Communication skills, presentation skills;
• Team working skills, planning skills;
• Willing to travel to work according to job requirements
