IELTS Academic Content Writer

1. Research and Curriculum Design:

• Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of IELTS coursebooks and other test preparation materials for Academic Training module

• Identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for curriculum development based on learner needs and market trends

• Write and develop customized IELTS course syllabi, lesson flows, and instructional resources aligned with CEFR and Cambridge Assessment standards

• Incorporate innovation, learner-centered techniques, and differentiated instruction strategies into course designs

• Align all content with the organization’s academic framework and performance expectations

2. Course Effectiveness & Impact Evaluation:

• Conduct classroom observations, collect and analyze feedback as assigned to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of IELTS courses

• Recommend and implement changes to the course content, lesson structure, or teaching practices based on evidence and observation data

• Track learner outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

3. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Prepare and present reports, course outlines, and proposals for new courses or course updates

• Stay updated with IELTS exam trends, changes, and best practices in language assessment

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in IELTS teaching or curriculum development

• Strong working knowledge of current IELTS formats, band descriptors, and scoring rubrics

• Demonstrated experience in course design, educational research, or material development

• Familiarity with classroom observation techniques and instructional quality assurance

• Excellent English proficiency (C1+ or IELTS 7.5+)

• Strong analytical, research, and academic writing skills

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
