Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and engage with potential clients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) across international markets including the US, Europe, Australia, Asia
  • Lead initial discovery and client consultations to understand business needs, pain points, and potential software development opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - from onboarding, coordination, to long-term relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, engineers, solution architects) to scope projects, prepare proposals, and present tailored software solutions
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, long-term cooperation, and continuous upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Track and support the execution of contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and other client-related documents
  • Maintain and update client records, CRM data, and account health indicators
  • Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to business development strategy, sales playbooks, and market expansion plans
  • Join international business trips (e.g. Australia, UK, US) to meet clients, attend workshops, and represent NSC Software in high-level discussions

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Languages, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical mind-set
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company's products and services with can-do attitude

  • Being fluent in English, at least 6.0 IELTS Speaking or equivalent
