Job Description
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations process in local, including new hires welcome, transfer, and separations.
- Oversee all wet-sign contract/files processing, documentation, and archiving in accordance with local laws and company policy.
- Manage employee Visa and Mobility.
- Partner with the People solutions team to coordinate on boarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Recruitment
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across different guilds
- Own the candidate experience from first engagement through to the interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
- Source talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business by coaching hiring managers & interviewers on best practices, and making sure we’re delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
Compliance, Labor Law & Policy Adherence
- Stay up-to-date with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations; interpret and apply them to HR processes.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations.
- Maintain and update internal HR policies to reflect changes in law and market practices.
Employee Relations and Talent Management
- Drive and handle employee relations including conduct conversation, investigations, mediate and resolve employee conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
- Coach and advise managers on complex employee relations issues across multiple business units
Support performance management processes
HR Analytics & Other Tasks
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Compensation/benefits analysis
- Facilitate exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Streamline and improve HR processes and workflows
- Other tasks being assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years in the same position with strong exp in Recruiting and building the KPI, policy
- Used to work or Study abroad is a big plus
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion in handling all HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations and good understanding of recruiting processes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
- Excellent English and Vietnamese including written and verbal communication.
- Open minded, confident, strong adaptive on change management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong HR expertise, especially with multinational teams.
- Proficient in navigating and managing change effectively, experienced in managing complex employee relations matters.
- Be comfortable challenging ideas and holding space for other perspectives to be heard.
- Strong logical approach to resolving complex issues and adept at fostering resilience.
- Committed to maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
