What You'll Do
- Lead the full recruitment process, from writing job posts to onboarding great talent.
- Design onboarding experiences that make new hires feel welcomed, aligned, and ready to perform.
- Support employee engagement through events, feedback, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate performance reviews and train managers on how to give constructive feedback.
- Develop growth plans, learning opportunities, and mentorship programs.
- Build thoughtful offboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with alumni.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years in HR or People Operations with experience across hiring, onboarding, and performance.
- Fluent in English for both internal and external communication.
- High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
- Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
