Job Description
- Partner with Sales, Production, and Office teams to provide people solutions.
- Support performance review cycles and competency development plans.
- Conduct employee interviews, engagement surveys, and drive action plans.
- Analyze workforce data (turnover, productivity, manpower cost).
- Support Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development programs.
- Recommend improvements in organizational structure, processes, and job descriptions.
- Promote ACE culture (Agility – Challenge – Excellence).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in HRBP/OD/HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and talent development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Good English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent).
