Job Description

  • Partner with Sales, Production, and Office teams to provide people solutions.
  • Support performance review cycles and competency development plans.
  • Conduct employee interviews, engagement surveys, and drive action plans.
  • Analyze workforce data (turnover, productivity, manpower cost).
  • Support Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development programs.
  • Recommend improvements in organizational structure, processes, and job descriptions.
  • Promote ACE culture (Agility – Challenge – Excellence).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HRBP/OD/HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and talent development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  • Good English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent).
