Job Description

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
  • Sourcing passive candidates for various job positions.
  • Building relationships with potential candidates and current applicants and keeping in touch with past employees and candidates.
  • Building and managing a talent pool of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.
  • Joining social media groups and professional networks and interacting with potential candidates.
  • Maintaining organized databases with candidates’ data.
  • Attending job fairs and organizing career events.
  • Researching and recommending new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Supporting the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.

Requirements

[Required]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
  • Excellent persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruitment emails).
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with report writing and data analytics.

[Preferred]

  • Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level – TOPIK 5 or above preferred)
